Like a River

The element that represents the second chakra is Water.  This flow is meant to feel like a wave crashing upon the shore.  There is suspension and release, moments of float before coming back down to earth. Let yourself go to those places.  Let your imagination run wild.  Who cares what it looks like.  Get interested in how it feels.

I recommend this playlist to accompany your flow.
