Kristin is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, a RYT 200, and Barre Certified by Exhale.  She currently teaches at several studios in NYC.  

She was also featured on RateYourBurn.com as one of the top 10 #TrendinginNewYork fitness instructors. 

Kristin has developed a class blending the asana practice with traditional strength training called The Uprise Flow.
